Konooz Store offers customers the option to return products within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the order, provided that:

- The product is in its original condition, unused, and returned with all accessories and original packaging, as received at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that have been washed, ironed, or altered in any way.
- Perfumes once opened.
- Underwear items, unless the product is defective or the order was fulfilled incorrectly.

Returns Due to Defects or Damage:
- Items found to be damaged or have manufacturing defects are eligible for return within seven (7) working days from the date the store receives the returned item.
- In such cases, Konooz Store will bear the return shipping cost.

Additional Conditions:
- If the product was purchased during a sale or promotional offer, the refund will be
issued based on the discounted purchase price.
- The first return request will be covered by Konooz Store. For any subsequent return
requests, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs.
Return requests will be reviewed and processed within two (2) working days from the
date of receiving the item by the store.
- Refunds will be issued within 7 to 14 working days, in accordance with our internal
procedures and payment processing timelines. The refunded amount will be returned to
the same account and payment method used during the original purchase.
