Order Processing
Shipping begins once the order has been successfully completed.
Upon confirmation of your order, it will be processed and prepared for delivery to the
address provided.
If payment is made via credit card, the transaction must be verified before your product
is shipped.

Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is complete, you will receive an order number via SMS and email.
A tracking number will also be provided, and you will be able to track your shipment
through the Konooz Store website.

What if I receive a damaged item?
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect
condition.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please submit a return request
through your store account.
The return will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date the product is
received.
